Srivin Holidays – No Refund Cancellation Policy

At Srivin Holidays, we are committed to providing high-quality travel services. Due to the nature of travel arrangements and advance bookings, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
- All bookings made with Srivin Holidays are final and non-refundable.
- Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal reasons
- Change of plans
- Medical emergencies
- Visa rejection
- Travel delays or cancellations
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may choose to cancel their booking at any time.
- However, no refund will be provided, regardless of the cancellation date.
3. No Show Policy
Failure to utilize the booked service (No Show) will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
4. Third-Party Services
- Flights, hotels, transport, and other services are managed by third-party providers.
- These services are booked in advance and are non-refundable, as per supplier agreements.
5. Amendments / Rescheduling
Date changes or rescheduling may be allowed only at the sole discretion of Srivin Holidays.
Any amendments will be subject to:
- Availability
- Additional charges
- Vendor approval
Some bookings may not be eligible for changes.
6. Cancellation by Srivin Holidays
In rare cases where Srivin Holidays cancels a trip due to operational reasons:
- Customers may be offered rescheduling or travel credit.
- No cash refund will be provided.
7. Force Majeure
Srivin Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic situations
- Political unrest
- Transportation disruptions
In such cases:
- No refunds will be issued
- Alternative options (rescheduling/credit) may be provided
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
9. Agreement to Policy
By booking with Srivin Holidays, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this policy
- You accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
